Job summary

Hotel Zachary, a Davidson Hospitality Group property in Chicago, is seeking a Steward to join the kitchen team. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, assist with food prep, and ensure safe storage of food and supplies in a fast-paced environment.

We value attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
