  5. Participating in store and community outreach initiatives.
  6. Embracing RL values and new shopping technologies.
  7. Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
  8. Networking and sourcing talent.
  9. Providing feedback to management.
  10. Supporting alternative purchasing paths and enhancing product discovery.
  11. Maintaining store standards and adhering to policies.
Qualifications:
