• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales.
• Support store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business goals.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, handle chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb as needed.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Proven success in building positive relationships and achieving goals.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
