Position Overview

As a Full-Time Brand Ambassador, you will prioritize a customer-first approach, providing personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that surpass expectations. Success in this role involves being a team player, curious, resourceful, and inclusive. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point to future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, marking the beginning of your next great chapter.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand and deliver sales and profit goals, utilizing key tools and resources to enhance selling performance.
  2. Support store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
  3. Innovate ways to engage clients and expand the customer base.
  4. Represent the customer experience in-store, aligning with RL Brand standards and store vision.
  5. Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  6. Uphold RL core values and embrace new shopping technologies, including 'More ways to shop.'
  7. Support a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
  8. Network and source talent proactively.
  9. Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding successes and opportunities.
  10. Enhance customer connectivity through alternative purchase methods like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
  11. Increase product discovery accessibility via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
  12. Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Report on category opportunities or needs to management.
  15. Ensure the sales floor and store standards are consistently met.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or specialty environments.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Ability to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, dressing rooms, and operate chemicals safely; lift and climb up to 30 lbs.
  4. Capacity to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  5. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
  6. Proven success in building positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
  7. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
