Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and delivering sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Supporting store initiatives and participating in team training to achieve business results.
• Engaging creatively with clients to expand the customer base.
• Representing the customer experience expectations in-store effectively.
• Providing a consistent brand-aligned experience supporting company and store vision.
• Participating in store client initiatives and community outreach.
• Supporting RL core values and embracing new shopping technologies.
• Fostering a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
• Networking and sourcing talent, providing feedback to management, and supporting alternative purchasing methods.
• Maintaining store standards and providing feedback on category opportunities.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or high-profile environments.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• A proven track record of success and building positive relationships.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
