Position Overview:

Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize customer experience, providing personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. They are team players who are curious, resourceful, and inclusive, serving as the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive sales
• Support store initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results
• Innovate in engaging clients and expanding the client base
• Represent the customer experience aligning with RL Brand expectations
• Support store and company vision through consistent experience delivery
• Engage in client initiatives and community outreach
• Champion RL core values and embrace new shopping technologies
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Network and source talent effectively
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home
• Enhance product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
• Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Report category opportunities or needs to management
• Ensure store standards are met at all times

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, operate chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed
• Proven success in building positive relationships and achieving sales goals
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
