As a Billing Representative at UnitedHealthcare, you will:

1. Research, obtain, and enter missing information / demographics for completion of accessions;
2. Demonstrate competency in eligibility, billing, and receivable systems and associated applications;
3. Inform customers of billing problem / issue findings and resolution as appropriate;
4. Respond to account inquiries through written correspondence;
5. Maintain timely, accurate documentation for all appropriate transactions;
6. Generate and / or distribute reports and documentation to internal or external clients to obtain missing information.
