Job Description

Job Purpose: Under the general guidance of Restaurant Managers, assist in ensuring efficient service of all beverages and bar services.

Duties & Functions

• Support your team and take care of our guests!
• Greet guests warmly and prepare beverages efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines.
• Manage cash, checks, and inventory accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and hotel offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Remain calm during busy times and emergency situations.
• Adhere to operational policies including health, safety, and liquor licensing.

Supportive Functions

• Attend meetings, participate in community events, and utilize departmental software.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Other Duties

Participate in company culture, demonstrate service standards, and maintain regular attendance.

Safety Requirements

Use PPE as required and report any issues. Be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs with equipment.

Maintain a neat, clean appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines.
