Job Responsibilities

1. Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and move stock.
2. Work with backstock, including DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
3. Replenish shelves from mass and end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.
4. Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs.
• Physical capacity to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55% of the time, walk 45%.
• Category IV lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
