Primary Purpose

This role involves unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking shelves, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. You will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove outdated items efficiently

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Adherence to performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate required equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%
• Category IV physical activity

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know procedures
• Understanding of company policies and safety training completion
