Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Enter orders, supervise and train team members, manage stock, and ensure food safety compliance.
3. Monitor inventory, remove expired items, restock, and maintain displays.
4. Achieve department KPIs.
5. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
6. Track losses using known loss tracking methods.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties and safety policies.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Use or learn to use relevant equipment and tools safely.
• Adhere to food safety requirements and wear proper attire.
• One year of work experience or technical training.
• Keyboarding skills.
• Complete in-house forklift training.
• Maintain any required licenses or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 8 hours
• Stand 55%, walk 45%
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Pull static up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Understand company policies as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
