Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) seeks an experienced Storage Solutions Architect to act as the FSxN SME, guiding customers through enterprise NAS migrations and data center exits. You will develop technical content, deliver workshops, and present at industry events to accelerate FSxN adoption.

You will partner with storage product and GTM teams, influence roadmaps, and work with field teams on large migration opportunities. Travel is ~25% for speaking engagements and events.

Qualifications

10+ years in tech domains (cloud, software, infra)
Experience evangelising end-to-end roadmaps for IT transformations
Proven ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

Serve as primary FSxN technical SME, drive feature adoption
Collaborate with FSxN GTM/Product teams on technical strategies
Advise customers on enterprise NAS migrations and data center exits (EDA, SAP)
Create technical content, deliver workshops, speak at events
Capture customer feedback to influence FSxN roadmap and resolve gaps
Mentor SAs on FSxN architecture patterns and use cases
