• 10+ years of experience across technology domains such as cloud computing, software development or systems engineering.
• Proven ability to evangelize end-to-end technology roadmaps and guide IT transformations toward cloud adoption.
• Experience communicating to executives, leading trainings and publishing technical content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical specialist for FSxN, guiding feature adoption and customer success.
• Partner with FSxN GTM/Product teams to develop technical strategies that drive service growth.
• Provide architectural guidance to customers implementing NAS migrations and SAP workloads using FSxN.
• Create technical content, deliver workshops, and speak at events to educate customers on FSxN best practices.
• Capture customer feedback to influence FSxN roadmap and resolve critical feature gaps.
