Job summary

DCI Solutions is seeking an experienced FSR Analyst in Bremerton, WA to train analysts, troubleshoot issues, and build dashboards while collaborating with global teams. You will mentor users, respond to requests, and work closely with engineering to address problems and expand use cases.

The role requires 5+ years of intelligence fusion experience, classroom training, and a current TS/SCI clearance, with strong Excel capabilities and exposure to Gotham/AIDP/Gaia/Maven/Foundry platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities for operations.
• Experience training analysts in classroom settings.
• Security clearance: Active TS/SCI.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry.
• DOD experience including joint operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor users alongside analysts.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop new use cases.
• Build initial dashboard products and help users craft queries.
• Provide desk-side training and classroom instruction.
• Staff the Help Desk and respond to user requests.
• Coordinate with engineering and senior leaders.
• Facilitate global collaboration.
• Assist in briefing senior leaders.
• Provide feedback to product teams.
• Support operations with incidents and escalations.
