ILLES Foods, a family-owned, woman-run company, seeks an FSQR Lab Technician in Carrollton, TX to inspect finished goods and raw materials under FSQA guidance. You will perform GMP-compliant inspections, collect data, and support testing operations across production.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to ILLES Foods core values, with regular daytime shifts and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2 years’ experience in an industrial laboratory (food).
2 years QA in Food Manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

Conducts analytical tests applicable to each product.
Calibrates all equipment as required.
Carries out environmental sampling.
Samples equipment for sanitation effectiveness testing.
Collects finished product sampling for testing.
Prepares samples for shipment to third-party labs.
Performs pre-operational inspections.
Performs line checks during production.
Acts as backup for Vendor Compliance Specialist to complete warehouse inspections.
Ensures food safety, legality, integrity and quality standards are maintained.
Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
Regular attendance for scheduled shifts is required.
