Qualifikationen

• Vocation training in Quality Systems preferred.
• Work experience in Food Manufacturing or Quality Assurance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to safety policies and promote personnel safety.
• Champion Food Safety and Quality Standards.
• Document food safety and quality issues promptly to FSQA leadership.
• Audit production and packaging lines for compliance.
• Collect and analyze ingredient and product samples for specifications.
• Audit metal detection and weight control equipment.
• Record finished goods and WIP data.
• Identify out-of-spec results and communicate with relevant personnel.
• Place non-conforming product on Hold and complete required documentation.
• Complete Food Safety Professional Certification, Track 1 within six months if hired at Level I.
