Job summary

You will coordinate with Operations and USDA personnel, drive root-cause analyses, and maintain effective communication to uphold customer specifications and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience in poultry further processing or slaughter preferred
• Understanding of USDA and OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with good math and analytical skills.
• Able to learn customers' quality programs quickly.
• Dependable with integrity and work ethic.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FSQA team on quality and food safety programs (HACCP, SSOP).
• Coordinate activities for implementation of quality programs on assigned shift.
• Train team on programs and procedures; ensure USDA compliance.
• Maintain communication with FSQA, Operations, and USDA personnel.
• Interface with facility team to perform root-cause analyses for incidents.
• Ensure customer quality programs are upheld; report issues to site management.
• Oversee Kronos Timekeeping and manage QA technicians.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by QA Manager or Superintendent.
