Job summary

Novus Foods, LLC is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager (FSQAM) to lead the FSQA Department, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product safety and regulatory compliance at the Taunton facility. You will work with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sanitation to elevate quality culture and operational excellence.

The role requires 4-year degree, HACCP/PCQI certifications, and 5+ years in food safety/QA with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Four year applied science degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Biology, or Chemistry.
• HACCP and PCQI certifications required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in food safety and quality assurance in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and performance manage FSQA team and culture.
• Own and drive FSQA performance aligned with goals and standards.
• Lead internal/external audits and assessments for compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sanitation, and other functions to embed FSQA practices.
