Qualifications

• 10-15 years FSQA in USDA-regulated facilities
• Experience with USDA/FSIS inspectors and regulatory personnel
• Deep knowledge of USDA/FSIS regulations and HACCP processing categories
• Experience with Raw and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) manufacturing
• Strong labeling knowledge and SQF familiarity
• HACCP certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA programs on-site and maintain audit readiness
• Interface with USDA/FSIS daily and provide scientific rationale
• Develop and maintain HACCP plans for RTE and raw production
• Oversee EMP, CAPA, RCA, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain
• Support new product launches and facility expansions
• Lead eventual FSQA team growth
