Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage in Germantown, WI is seeking a FSQ Specialist to lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.

Reporting to the Associate Director, FSQ, you will drive CIP, monitor sanitation, validate processes, support audits and new product launches, and help ensure product safety and process capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Biology, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably food, high-speed packaging, process, or aseptic production.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processes, equipment, and products.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with HMI systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuous-improvement environment.
• Ability to travel as needed; valid driver's license and insurance required.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director - FSQ, the FSQ Specialist is primarily responsible for collaborating across multiple functions to lead and drive projects. The FSQ Specialist is directly involved in identifying quality improvement initiatives, monitoring and validating CIP/Cleaning activities, and analyzes statistical data to establish product and process capabilities.
