Job summary

Stavis Seafoods, A Profand Company, is seeking an experienced FSQ Specialist to manage critical QA documentation, ensuring accurate, complete records and regulatory compliance across QA, Purchasing, Sales and Supply Chain.

You will maintain vendor specifications and compliance data in the ERP system, prepare KPI summaries for management, and provide audit-ready documentation for HACCP and FDA requirements.

Qualifications

• +3 years in Quality Control and Food Safety as QA Data or FSQ Specialist.
• Experience in seafood industry with vendor docs, specs and compliance records.
• Strong attention to detail and organized records.
• ERP systems experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FDA and BAP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor specifications, certifications and compliance docs for materials.
• Keep QA data, item specs and product attributes accurate in ERP.
• Maintain QA dashboards and KPI summaries for management reviews.
• Back up QA Lead, manage controlled documents and audit records.
• Support audits and corrective actions for non-conforming products.

Stavis Seafoods, A Profand Company, is looking for an experienced FSQ Specialist to manage critical QA documentation and records, in order to guarantee that they are accurate, complete, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain vendor specifications,certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure raw materials meet company quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements before approval.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA data, item specifications, product attributes, and compliance records in internal ERP system, ensuring consistency across QA, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain QA reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools; prepare KPI summaries, charts, presentations, and supporting materials for management and internal meetings.
• Provide backup support to the QA Lead by maintaining controlled documents, SOPs, logs, compliance records, and audit documentation, ensuring proper document control and archiving.
• Provide documentation for audits and assist with corrective actions for non-compliant products in accordance with HACCP, SSOP, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in Quality Control and Food Safety, as QA Data Specialist or FSQ Specialist.
• Previous experience working in the seafood industry, with vendor documentation, product specifications and compliance records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, organized records.
• Experience using ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and regulatory requirements (FDA, BAP...)
