Lactalis US Yogurt, based in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a FSQ Product Associate Manager to lead quality and food safety strategies across our yogurt production locations. You will champion consumer-first design and ensure products meet specifications throughout their life cycle, partnering with plants, R&D, supply chain, and global Quality teams.

We seek someone with 5+ years in Food Safety & Quality for yogurt, a bachelor’s in engineering, food science, or microbiology, and a strong grasp of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; preferred to have engineering, food science or microbiology background.
5+ years of Food Safety & Quality Yogurt experience.
Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, and US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
Understanding of statistical process control applied to product quality.

Responsibilities

Lead quality, food safety and regulatory strategies for Lactalis US Yogurt locations.
Champion consumer-first product design and quality throughout the product life cycle; ensure plants meet specifications.
Lead product quality and food safety improvement efforts across facilities.
Coordinate plant evaluations, equipment commissioning, new product launches, and ongoing product assessments.
Promote best FSQ practices and collaborate with internal plants and external partners.
