Lactalis US Yogurt in Minneapolis, MN seeks an FSQ Product Associate Manager to lead quality, food safety and regulatory strategies across production locations. You will champion consumer-first product design and ensuring products meet specifications throughout the lifecycle.

Qualified applicants bring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of FSQ yogurt experience, knowledge of GFSI/HACCP and US regulations, and will travel up to 25% to support plant implementations and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Food Safety & Quality Yogurt experience required.
• Solid knowledge of GFSI, HACCP, US food regulations (PMO, FDA).
• Understanding of Statistical Process Control in product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, food safety and regulatory strategies for Lactalis US Yogurt production locations.
• Champion consumer-first product design and quality throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead quality and food safety improvement efforts and plant evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal plants and global teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor opportunities and drive corrective actions to meet specifications.
