Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a FSQ Product Associate Manager to spearhead quality and food safety across our U.S. yogurt facilities in Minneapolis, MN.

You will champion consumer-first product design, ensure products meet specifications, and drive life-cycle quality improvements in collaboration with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and global Quality teams. The role requires a strong background in FSQ for yogurt, knowledge of GFSI/HACCP and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Major in engineering, food science and/or microbiology preferred.
• 5+ years of Food Safety & Quality yogurt experience required.
• Knowledge of GFSI, HACCP and US food regulations (PMO/FDA) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, food safety and regulatory strategies for Lactalis US Yogurt production locations.
• Champion consumer-first product design and ensure quality throughout the product life cycle.
• Lead quality and food safety improvement efforts across plants and launches.
• Coordinate plant evaluations, new equipment commissioning and product evaluations.
• Monitor opportunities using manufacturing and consumer data and drive action.
• Collaborate with internal plants and global Quality teams; partner with external partners.
• Escalate major issues to senior management and share best practices.
• Manage a portfolio of projects for 1–2 brands with prioritization and escalation as needed.
• Ensure consistency across sites to deliver best product quality.
