Role Overview

We are seeking an FSI (Federal Systems Integrator) Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new customer opportunities and markets. You will collaborate with sales leaders across multiple regions and teams, leveraging your sales expertise to reinforce Vibrint's leadership position among customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of closing high-profile deals, with a passion for revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, including automation, enterprise IT, AI, and Quantum technologies. Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and agility are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound customer and partner acquisition strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Partner Alliances, Growth, Strategy, and Sales leaders to align on sales strategies and operational best practices.
  • Foster a team culture rooted in success, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications

Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph. US citizenship is required.

Required Skills & Experience
  • At least eight years of progressive experience in a technical sales environment, with a strong track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience in a distributed sales team and hybrid work environment.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with ability to engage with senior leaders and partners.
  • Deep knowledge of sales strategies, incentives, and motivation programs.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales technologies and business processes.
  • Relevant domain relationships within the National Security Community and Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Managing executive customer relationships and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with technical validation, business case development, and driving outcomes.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT management frameworks.
  • Broad enterprise systems experience, including cloud, SAP, Oracle, and custom apps.
  • Understanding of industry standards like PCI DSS, SOC, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GxP, FDA.
  • Masters/MBA preferred.
