Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive FSC implementations from our Washington, DC office. The role is onsite, leading development teams and collaborating with architects and business partners to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce FSC experience, Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations, plus a track record of guiding onsite and offshore teams. Certification and banking domain familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering FSC solutions on Salesforce platform.
• Strong coding and design skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000– $ 150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
