Responsibilities

• Prepares world-famous chicken cooked to order or kept warm until ordered.
• Operates large-volume cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
• Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked.
• Cooks according to orders and verifies quality and quantity of all orders.
• Maintains sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards in prep areas and utensils.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
