Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Our great tasting food begins with the cook. This position is critical to our success and requires specific skills from the Team Member.

  1. Have an up-tempo work ethic.
  2. Be able to maintain a high level of pace and energy throughout the lunch and dinner rushes.
  3. Be quick in breading and frying all items. A slow cook can affect the restaurant's speed and guest perception.
  4. Have thorough knowledge of the menu to read the KDS screen and translate it into what must be cooked.
  5. Maintain proper oil quality by filtering the fryers correctly.
  6. Keep a clean work area.

We use the best cut for our tenders: 100% all-natural premium tenderloins, the foundation of our menu. Our recipe, featuring a southern-style buttermilk marinade and light hand-breading, has become a household favorite.
