Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write to correctly tag merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in designated areas.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds for a substantial portion of the shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading the merchandise.
• Transport stock to storage or stock areas.
• Open cartons and price items accurately when needed.
• Keep shelves stocked according to tag allocations.
• Maintain rotation of perishable merchandise and remove out-of-code products as needed.
• Control levels of damaged goods.
• Present assigned section neatly before leaving the shift.
