Job summary

Redner's Markets in the Baltimore area seeks a diligent Grocery Stocker to maintain pricing, stocking, and rotation in the frozen foods department, ensuring product freshness and availability for shoppers throughout each shift.

You will unload deliveries, transport stock to storage, replenish shelves, build and refresh displays, rotate perishables, and keep the area clean and organized per company policies. A helpful attitude and ability to lift up to 70 pounds in a cold environment are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise and maintain proper inventory level.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds and work in cold freezers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading deliveries.
• Transport stock to storage and replenish shelves.
• Keep shelves fully stocked according to tag allocations.
• Assist in building and replenishing store displays, end caps, and dairy bunkers.
• Rotate perishable merchandise and pull out-of-code items as needed.
• Maintain a neat appearance per dress code policy.
• Follow all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Greet customers and be observant.
