HyVee in New Hope, MN is seeking a friendly Frozen Foods Clerk to deliver prompt, courteous customer service within the Frozen Foods department. You will rotate and replenish products, maintain cleanliness and proper temperatures, and assist customers in locating items and handling heavy loads.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, accuracy in pricing and labeling, and teamwork with store operations. No formal education is required, and prior experience is welcomed but not mandatory.

Formación

• No education requirement. Six months or less of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions and requests, and performing other tasks to enhance the shopping experience.
• Answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call, including taking customer orders; works with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise, ensures department cleanliness, checks cases, ensures correct temperature, displays merchandise neatly, builds end caps, unloads trucks, reviews invoices, and maintains storage area and safety guidelines.
