Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Frozen Food Clerk in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on keeping frozen cases stocked and clean, assisting customers, and maintaining a friendly, energetic demeanor while following department guidelines.

You will stock and rotate products, weigh items, log shipments, and help with price accuracy. The job requires standing, lifting, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and scales, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma or GED
• High school diploma or equivalency degree
• Preferred 1 – 2 years grocery retail experience in Frozen department processes and procedures
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
• Must be able to support and contribute to team goals
• Must have basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates

Responsabilités

• Ensures cleanliness of frozen cases, storage area, and work area for safety
• Stocks frozen cases with product, facing, filling, and organization
• Examines rotation of frozen products for expired stock and discard
• Responds to customer inquiries and assists with purchases and product selection
• Receives, inspects, and logs products for shipment accuracy, temp and quality
• Monitors signs and promotional materials in the department
• Operates equipment such as pallet jacks, knives, scales, wrappers and disposals
• Uses scales and weight measures to label products
• Maintains high product knowledge and department cleanliness
• Walks department to ensure organized and sanitary appearance
• Other duties as assigned
