Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Frozen Food Clerk to keep the frozen cases stocked and clean while assisting customers with purchases and product selection. You will work in the Frozen Department, following all guidelines and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Daily duties include stocking, rotating stock, logging temperatures, operating scales and pallet jacks, and ensuring pricing accuracy. A team-oriented, customer-focused approach is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred 1–2 years grocery retail experience in Frozen department processes.
• Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Keep frozen cases, storage area and work area clean for safety.
• Stock frozen cases and ensure pricing accuracy and product organization.
• Inspect rotation of frozen products and discard outdated items.
• Assist customers with purchases, information, and product selection.
• Log products for temperature and quality; operate scales and pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and keep department sanitary and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
