Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in grocery or retail leadership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and track inventories and work processes to calculate gross monthly profit.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet department financial objectives.
• Control costs by monitoring operations to increase profitability.
• Train and develop department team members to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment ensuring health and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to create marketing plans.
• Analyze customer satisfaction and feedback to drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate department records for documentation.
