Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Market District operations.
• Ability to read and interpret Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and track inventories to calculate gross monthly profit.
• Develop and implement merchandising plans to meet financial objectives.
• Control costs by monitoring operations to increase profitability.
• Oversee training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in line with OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support marketing plans.
• Analyze satisfaction surveys to identify improvements and implement changes.
• Maintain accurate department records documenting activities.
• Ensure procedures meet out-of-stock reduction goals.
• Promote development of Team Members and succession planning.
• Understand and adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Support a culture of safety for food, team member and customer safety.
• Deliver service with integrity and aim for unparalleled customer experience.
• Encourage diversity, inclusion and respect for all stakeholders.
