Primary Position Duties

• Develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within the department and store, utilizing friendly but professional communication methods.
• Provide a safe, clean, and positive environment; support a culture based on relationships and continuous improvement.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and directives; refer to the Team Member Handbook; promote a harassment-free environment and report any harmful situations.
• Build knowledge and skills through training and education for personal and departmental growth.
• Attend departmental, store, and company meetings; contribute to profits and meet productivity standards.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and display fixtures clean and stocked.
• Practice self-development to assume additional duties and responsibilities.
• Assist in the prompt return and receipt of credit for outdated or damaged products.
• Monitor and control incoming supplier products per company policy.
• Report pricing discrepancies or out-of-stocks to the Dairy/Frozen Manager.
• Load and unload dairy products safely and efficiently, avoiding damage and meeting case goals.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and properly labeled.
• Record, re-work, or store damaged products appropriately.
• Face all products with labels forward after stocking.
• Use proper receiving methods and refrigerate products immediately.

Position Requirements

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, WE TRAIN!!

• Minimum Age: 16 Years
• Lifting Requirements: Ability to lift 60+ pounds
• Equipment: pallet jack, forklift, box-cutter, etc.
• Physical Abilities: Walk, stand, sit, twist, bend, lift, reach, and climb as needed.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, hear, and understand instructions and safety information.
