Primary Duties

• Develop excellent customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a positive environment and high morale within the department and store.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a culture based on relationships and continuous improvement.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, promoting a harassment-free environment, and report any issues.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and education.
• Attend meetings and contribute to store profits and productivity standards.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays clean and stocked.
• Assist in the receipt and return of products, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper pricing and product placement.
• Ensure products are properly refrigerated and damage is recorded and managed.

Position Requirements

No experience necessary; we will train!

• Minimum age: 16 years
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds
• Familiarity with equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts, ladders, etc.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and perform repetitive motions
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests
