• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is displayed in the correct locations.
• Rotate products according to established procedures and monitor product dates and condition.
• Identify and remove damaged, expired, or unsellable merchandise as appropriate.
• Maintain shelf conditions, product presentation, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and help identify out-of-stocks, overstocks, and ordering needs.
• Assist with receiving, breaking down, and organizing frozen freight.
• Maintain an organized freezer and ensure merchandise is stored safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain proper freezer temperatures and report equipment or temperature concerns promptly.
• Help minimize product loss and support inventory control procedures.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to associates working in the department.
• Assist with training associates on stocking, rotation, food safety, and department procedures.

Position Summary

The Frozen Supervisor supports the daily operation of the frozen department by helping maintain product availability, inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
