Big Y Foods, Inc. in Amherst, MA is seeking a FF/Dairy Clerk to provide an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality dairy products.

You will stock, block, rotate, and maintain department conditions while sharing product knowledge with customers. You must be 18 years of age to operate machinery and be able to work a flexible schedule; maintain a clean, professional appearance; follow company policies; and be willing to cross-train.

The FF/Dairy Clerk is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. FF/Dairy Clerks maintain department conditions to include stocking, blocking, rotating, etc. The FF/Dairy Clerk provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.

• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age to operate machinery (refer to minor guidelines where appropriate).
