Qualifications

• Able to read a limited number of English words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
• Able to print and speak simple sentences.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to use units of American weight measurement.
• Able to follow oral instructions and work in a team.
• Able to rotate through different positions on shift.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished frozen egg products according to customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on product and packaging.
• Read scales and check case weights.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. safely.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and follow GMP/HACCP guidelines.
• Report safety or quality issues to management.
