• Set up and clean equipment prior to scheduled start time to ensure on time start-ups.
• Perform quality checks on product and record information.
• Monitor freezing operations and address ice buildup to protect product quality.
• Carry out sanitation duties to restore system readiness within target time.
• Troubleshoot equipment not running effectively.
• Follow safety policies and GMPs to maintain food safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
