Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Frozen Manager for Garafalo, CT to direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its associates. You will drive department goals in sales, profit, and Customer Experience under the General Store Manager's direction.

Responsibilities include onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts.
• Ability to handle lifting with specified limits.
• Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products.

Responsibilities
