Job summary

Vistar is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick and pack products from freezer/cooler and prepare orders for shipment, following all safety regulations and quality standards. You will contribute to the efficient flow of product through the production process and work independently while coordinating with other departments.

The role requires ability to work in multi-temperature environments and to meet established productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse/production experience and be able to work in multi-temperature environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential to coordinate with other departments.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack product accurately according to standards.
• Operate scanning equipment and prepare orders for shipment.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working in cooler, freezer and dry environments.
• Identify issues, communicate problems, and support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
