Job summary

WSB Enterprise in Wheeling, WV is seeking dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Cooler/Freezer Pickers on the night shift. You will select, assemble, and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced cooler and freezer environment, maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

The role requires working Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 PM until finished, with full-time (40 hours per week) employment and starting pay at $16.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare orders within cooler and freezer storage areas.


• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.


• Safely move products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.


• Meet productivity and performance expectations throughout the shift.


• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to the warehouse team.


• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.


• Must have a clean background and can pass a drug test.


• Must be able to work in freezer temperatures ranging from 0°F to -10°F for extended periods.


• Must be able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment throughout each shift.


• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse products throughout the shift.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
