Job summary

Mondelez International in Decatur, GA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to in-store fanfare for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy! and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and place product orders via iPad to keep items in stock and aligned with RTM plans.

You will represent Mondelez with professionalism, maintain relationships with store staff, and support seasonal launches. Local travel and a physically active role are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Decatur, GA; secondary location Atlanta, GA.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock.
• Visit stores daily following DSD Merchandising Excellence; take display photos.
• Place orders via iPad and Salesforce to maintain stock and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTM.
• Report store-level insights and issues to RTM/management.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Maintain safe, compliant store practices including lifting and moving products.
