Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in retail stores around Marietta, GA. You’ll manage shelves, stock displays, and place orders using iPad/Salesforce while collaborating with store personnel to maximize visibility and in-stock conditions.

You’ll drive brand presence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, with opportunities for career growth and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Marietta, GA; secondary location Powder Springs, GA.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Start time 8am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via Salesforce/iPad.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches; communicate insights to RTM.
