Job Summary

Establish rapport with prospective and current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and demonstrate a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at our state-of-the-art resorts.
  • Build rapport with owners and prospects.
  • Communicate benefits of Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generate sales through proper closing techniques with prequalified leads.
  • Attend ongoing sales and career training.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Present sales in compliance with policies and standards, maintaining performance goals.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and industry trend updates.

Travel Requirements

No travel outside the home site’s area required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.

Training

  • Paid initial training on sales process, product knowledge, and sales psychology.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Ability to overcome objections and perform in a short sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.

Technical Skills

  • Basic smart device skills.
