Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a SALES ASSOCIATE-FRONTLINES-FLEX to act as the face of the brand in a Guam location. You will assist customers, highlight products, and articulate our purpose in an educational, insightful, and professional manner.

A positive, outgoing attitude will help you contribute to the organization’s reputation for customer care. Responsibilities include proactive customer engagement, product cross-selling, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products and merchandise.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to read, write, and interpret instructions.
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers and build connections.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and inventory knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance and organize inventory accurately.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, and reconcile paperwork.
