Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in scheduling appointments preferred, especially in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and general computer skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors to create a welcoming first impression.
• Collect and verify patient information for accurate records.
• Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and reminders.
• Support telehealth services and provide basic technical assistance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide general administrative support and complete required forms.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
