Thames Water Ltd in Witney, Oxfordshire, is seeking an Operations Process Technician to join our frontline team. You will work outdoors in all weathers, monitor and maintain equipment, and support safe, compliant plant operations to keep water services flowing.

This role offers a structured training package, a 38-hour week, weekend call-out rotation with additional pay, and opportunities to develop practical skills while contributing to environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience with health and safety standards is desirable.
• IT literacy and ability to input data on site.
• Team player with reliable time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sites operate safely, efficiently and within environmental standards.
• Monitor, inspect, and maintain equipment; report defects for swift repair or first-time fix.
• Uphold health and safety, escalating concerns to management as needed.
• Collect and report data to support regulatory compliance.
• Operate on a 1 in 6 weekend rotation after full pattern is established.
